The EVOC knee and elbow protectors with LITESHIELD FLEX protector technology set new standards when it comes to protection and comfort. EVOC’s specially developed protection material made from highly flexible thermoplastic elastomer compound (TPE), combined with a geometric shape also designed in-house ensures an excellent fit on elbows and knees, thus allowing for absolute flexibility and freedom of movement. The result: unsurpassed wearing comfort as well as maximum protection.
Constructed of circular and cross elements, LITESHIELD FLEX protector technology offers extensive 3D air circula tion, efficient weight reduction and unparalleled ergo dynamic flex. Even at extreme temperatures ranging from -20 to +40 °C the protector provides consistently reliable protection and flexibility – making for optimum efficiency both in winter and summer.

The POWER FLAPS enable one of the fixation straps to be attached directly to the protector shell itself, ensuring optimal hold during every movement. At the same time, they prevent the protector from slipping in a crash, so it always stays exactly where it’s needed – for even more comfort and safety.

The EVOC back protector with LITESHIELD FLEX protector technology offers maximum impact protection, and thus an extremely high degree of protection and comfort for your back. It features a highly flexible thermoplastic elastomer compound (TPE) specially developed by EVOC, together with a sophisticated geometric shape also designed in-house, which means that the protector can be perfectly adjusted to the contour of your back. This ensures maximum safety for your spine and surrounding areas in your back in case of a fall, along with unparalleled wearing comfort and freedom of movement.
Thanks to its structure of circular and cross elements, LITESHIELD FLEX protector technology offers not only efficient weight reduction but also unparalleled ergodynamic flex, plus extensive 3D air circulation for constant, pleasant ventilation. Tests & Certifications
Materials and protective functions have been tested and certified by the independent test laboratory Ricotest, according to EU regulation 2016/425 for personal protective equipment (PPE), category 2.
EN 1621-1 REQUIREMENTS With a residual-force value of under 20 kN, the LITESHIELD FLEX limp protector achieves a daming effect that meets the requirements up to CE Level 2. This means maximum impact protection. Through the combination with other damping materials, we achieve values in the Level 2 range for some products (e.g. our PROTECTION WEAR PRO series).
