Terms and Conditions of Participation - EVOC Giveaway

1 Scope


The giveaway is conducted by EVOC Sports GmbH, Tegernseer Landstraße 37a, 81541 Munich (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

Participation in the giveaway is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these Terms and Conditions of Participation. By participating, participants accept these Terms and Conditions of Participation.

2 Participation


2.1 Eligible to participate are natural persons who have reached the age of 18.

2.2 Participation is not dependent on the purchase of any goods or services.

2.3 The requirements for participation are:

· Be a member of the EVOC Club

· Activate the Reward associated with the giveaway

2.4 Only those who complete these steps in full within the participation period are eligible to participate.

2.5 EVOC employees as well as their friends & relatives are not eligible to participate.

2.6 The Organizer reserves the right to exclude participants if there are legitimate reasons, in particular in the event of:

(a) manipulation,

(b) violations of these Terms and Conditions of Participation,

(c) unfair conduct,

(d) false information.

3 Conduct of the Giveaway


3.1 The giveaway starts on September 15, 2026.

3.2 The giveaway ends on September 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (CEST).

3.3 Participation is only possible within this period.

3.4 After the participation deadline, the winner will be selected at random.

3.5 The winner will be notified by email.

3.6 If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the prize may be awarded to another person.

4 Prize and Prize Fulfilment


4.1 One winner will be selected.

4.2 The winner will receive the following prize:

  • 1 person wins 2 spots for the Madeira Experience
  • Free Airport shuttle
  • 4 days of BIKE GUIDING with Freeride Madeira
  • 7 days of accommodation in Madeira
  • flights to Madeira (economy)
  • 2x EVOC Travel-Set (BIKE BAG, WORLD TRAVELLER, TRAVEL BACKPACK)
  • 2x PROTECTION SET
  • Redemption period: 2027 HY1 (until June 30, 2027)

4.3 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be paid out in cash.

4.4 The winner is solely responsible for any taxation of the prize that may apply.

5 Early Termination


The Organizer reserves the right to terminate or modify the giveaway at any time for important reasons without prior notice, in particular if the proper conduct of the giveaway cannot be guaranteed.

6 Liability


The Organizer is not liable for technical disruptions, failures or delays that affect participation in the giveaway.

7 Applicable Law


The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively. Legal recourse is excluded.


Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining Terms and Conditions of Participation shall remain unaffected.
