Als Teil unseres R&D Teams entwickelst du innovative Produkte für die Taschen Kategorien TRAVEL/COMMUTING/PHOTO/ACCESSORIES – von der ersten Idee bis zur Serienreife und verantwortest die Kategorie vom Produkt Design bis hin zum Produkt Management - mit Fokus auf Schutz und Funktion.

Als DESIGNER UND PRODUKT MANAGER (M/W/D) gestaltest du die Zukunft unserer High-Performance-Produkte aktiv mit und bringst deine Kreativität, dein technisches Know-how und deine Leidenschaft für den Outdoorsport ein.

As part of our management team, you will take responsibility for the entire strategic product development process – from vision to execution. You will drive roadmaps, KPIs, and teams, optimize processes, and actively shape the future of our brand.

In this position, you will be responsible for the holistic collection development as well as the commercial steering of product management – including market analysis, pricing strategies (FOB & RRP), and assortment planning – and you will report directly to the Managing Director (Director of Product).

Als Business Analyst – Teilzeit (m/w/d) übernimmst du die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unseres ERP-Systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), steuerst die Schnittstellen zu unseren D2C- und B2B-Webshops (Shopify und Shopware) sowie zum PIM-System (Akeneo) und stellst sicher, dass Prozesse reibungslos laufen.
